The 30-year-old EPDM roofing system had widespread seam separation and edge tearing. Approximately 20 active interior leaks were reported, impacting daily operations. Half of the building also had aging built-up roofing, creating inconsistent performance across the structure.
The Solution
Our team removed the aging EPDM system down to the original asphalt substrate and installed a new IKO TPO roofing system over ISO insulation board.
